I just got off a Zoom call with a woman who's going to make me a super cute birthday cake. I just did some more online damage {oops}. One of my best friends is flying in from San Fran on Wednesday. My birthday is in less than a week {on the 20th}. I get to celebrate my birthday twice this upcoming weekend {aka, two days in a row to eat cake}...

NOW -- In preparation for a weekend full of family, friends {not too many cause of social distancing and restaurant regulations}, and festivities, I am recharging my face and hoping all my dang maskne and hormonal breakouts disappear. If you've been following me on insta-g for some time now, you know I take my skincare routine VERYYYYY seriously and its constantly changing depending on my skin's needs; however, I typically stick to the products I know. If you've been following me for some time now you would also know that I have a weird obsession with Perricone {shoutout to Meggy for getting me hooked} SOOOO that is what this blog post is ALL about!!

Y'all... This toner has made an appearance in SOOOO many vlogs and insta stories at this point. I can wholeheartedly tell you guys that I have tried 8+ toners, and this one is BY FAR my absolute favorite. While providing anti-aging benefits, the No Rinse Intensive Pore Minimizing Toner hydrates and energizes your skin.
It's actually kinda disgusting that even after taking a shower and using exfoliating facial wash, when I toner my face {on an exfoliating pad} prior to doing my morning and // or bedtime beauty routine, the dirt is extremely evident on the pad... The pad literally goes from white to a brownish hue {GROSS}!! I blame the salicylic acid for quickly and effectively exfoliating and removing dead skin, but I absolutely LOVE the way the toner makes my skin feel and I am always left feeling extra clean SOOOOO no complaints here.
This was the VERY FIRST Perricone product I ever got my hands on and my oh my has it changed my life... I have literally gone through soooooo many buckets of this face mask in the past two years and I continue to purchase it today {literally just bought two a couple weeks ago and got so dang excited when it wound up on my doorstep}... Yes, it is also the face mask that I wear in a majority of my insta stories when I post in a mask ANDDDD I did actually wear it during Halloween one year pretending to be a witch {skincare hack}.
This mask is filled with chlorophyll-enriched microcapsules that burst upon application to help rebalance oil-prone skin while minimizing the appearance of enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles. You can literally watch as the microcapsules burst and your face gets darker green streaks on it. Additionally, the copper complex helps visibly improve firmness and elasticity while a papaya enzyme visibly smooths and brightens, leaving skin feeling instantly smoother and looking clearer and I know that masks always have a "time limit" on them BUTTTT I like to think of those more as suggestions... I've slept in the Chlorophyll Detox Mask SOOOO many times and I've never had an issue. THIS is a product I truly swear by.
Guys, this reasoning may get a lil "Rated R" BUT I have always been nothing but honest with y'all. I was lucky enough to try this product before it even came out because one of my besties {shoutout Meggy} was living in Manhattan Beach and working remotely for Perricone and she and I were always inseparable.
As one of Perricone's cheapest products, the Hand Therapy cream is sooooo necessary for both men and women. It is used to strengthen, soften and replenish the look of thin, crepey skin through intense moisturization and diminish the look of dark spots, veins and discoloration. I kid you not this cream will leave your hands feeling silky soft and you will catch yourself rubbing your hands together until you wash them and feel the need to reapply.
Now let's talk dirty... I personally don't do it cause I wear too many rings BUT I'm sure y'all know where I am going with this. This hand cream would be ICONIC and a TOTAL game changer to your handjob game. I swear, I have three tubes of this hand cream accessible to me: by my bed, in my handbag, and in my bathroom AND {like I previously mentioned} I have drunkenly had girls use it and they would give me a look and then say "wow I could use this for something" and would get embarrassed SOOOO I would complete their sentence and every time they are SHOOK. Every girl who I have basically forced this product on at lil "get togethers" or in restaurant // bar bathrooms have LOVED it as well and I have literally typed in all the information for them to soberly purchase in the morning.
Everybody needs a Vitamin C serum that they want to marry... I REPEAT, EVERYBODY NEEDS A VITAMIN C SERUM!! I truly do believe I have a problem when it comes to hoarding skincare products and I do have a few Vitamin C serums I LOVE using {I switch it up sometimes}, but Perricone's Vitamin C Ester Brightening Amine Face Lift serum is one of my favorites SOOOOO I figured I would share it with y'all.
This serum is rich in antioxidants and formulated with their proprietary Vitamin C Ester and two additional forms of Vitamin C which works together with Vitamin E and ferulic acid to visibly brighten, smooth and minimize discoloration and dark spots over time. It penetrates the deepest layer of the skin’s surface for maximum benefits and it is the one kind of serum that I HAVE to use every morning after washing my face and using toner.
I'll be honest and tell y'all that I have tried a few eye creams and in order to be TRULY effective, you have to be willing to consistently use the product. The Cold Plasma Plus Advanced Eye Cream targets and dramatically improves the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, crow's feet {which I unfortunately have}, fine lines and loss of firmness.
This eye cream is packed with potent ingredients including copper tripeptides, Vitamin C Ester and omegas 3, 6 and 9. It is the first cream to follow my Vitamin C serum in the morning and now that I am typing this blog post out, I need to also make it part of my nighttime routine for after my retinol {but that is something I will need to work on}... There's just something about it being $110 for a small lil bucket that makes me only want to use it once a day but then I think about my dang crows feet and the fine lines under my eyes {I blame the sun} that makes me want to actually be good and use it both in the morning and at night.
