Happy Monday beautiful blog readers!!
I hope everybody had a FABULOUS weekend {and Easter} and I am so so sorry I was MIA literally all of last week. I was working on real estate classes {I passed my first test on Friday... WAHOO}, I had to take pics in some things that were sent to me {since yo gurl is heading to Stagecoach and won't have time this week}, ANDDDD I was editing the video and this post to make sure everything is PERFECT {aka all the links work}.
Anyways -- Quick update for y'all... I JUST got back from the beach and it was the most beautiful day {check out my insta story for a lil peep} and then yesterday was just spent getting the house ready for Easter with my mama's side of the family. When they arrived, it was just spent eating chips and guac, decorating cookies and eggs, and then feasting until my outfit had to change from jeans to PJs.
NOWWWWW...
What y'all have been waiting for {and the main purpose of this post}... THE PARTY THAT I HAD LAST WEEKEND!!
Guys, I cannot stress ENOUGH how incredible it was!!
To say the least though, it took TONS of planning and hours and hours of preparation. Let's get into it...
THE TABLE:
☆ Everything is going to be explained below BUT just look at that aesthetic... SO FREAKIN CUTEEEE!!
THE GOODIES:
☆ DRINK BABE -- The swag package that I received from BABE included: hats, tote bags {as seen in the table pic}, koozies, stickers, cups, sheet face masks, napkins {as seen in the dranks section}, and pedialyte {lol}. You best believe that I had to give all my gals those goods and treat them to what BABE sent me... To get a bunch of BABE swag of your own, CLICK HERE!!
☆ BATH AND BODY WORKS -- You can NEVER go wrong with some goodies from Bath and Body Works, and what began as just yummy body wash {seasonal Bali scent} turned into my mom going to about six stories to get the special Easter candle, foaming hand soap, and sponge.
☆ SEPHORA -- The party doesn't stop at drinks and things like candles... We HAD to have it all and provide my gals with some goodies from Sephora that could help their skin AFTER the party!! That being said, we needed face masks and we just had to go with ones we fully love and believe in: Peter Thomas Roth. He makes some of the BEST masks I have EVER used and the variety in the pack is just an extra perk. We also gave the gals some Sephora Collection makeup wipes because that is something that you can NEVER have enough of.
☆ SEE'S CANDY -- CHOCOLATE!! Need I say more?! my mama and I raided the See's Candy Shop at our local mall {yikes} and stocked up on golden bunnies and chocolate lollipops {peep the light blue egg in the cup}.
☆ MISC -- From candy to bubble gum to bunny ears, you can find it ALL in this goodie basket {thanks mama for pitching in the way you did... The party would NOT have been possible without you}!!
☆ SEE'S CANDY -- Can't go wrong with the golden chocolate bunnies {and some free testers from the store hehe}. Also pro tip: I had to fill the bottom of the lil bunny box with filler and then I had to prop the bunny up on a big chocolate egg in order for it to be seen.
☆ MISC -- In order to get a variety of color and candy options, my mama and I balled out at See's AND Target. We got ALL the good stuff: Swedish Fish, Sour Patch, Hershey's Kisses, and then hallowed chocolate Easter eggs.
☆ BUNNY SLIPPERS -- A HUGE hit of the party because who wants to wear cute wedges // heels for hours of a time. My mama found them on Amazon and I'm sure they come in different animals BUT the bunnies were just so freakin cute and too perfect to not have for the party.
THE DRANKS:
☆ DRINK BABE -- Oh my freakin goodness... I had absolutely NO idea girls could drink so much wine but wow oh wow was BABE wine incredible. I have been lucky enough to partner with Drink BABE {peep their insta}, and they gave me boxes on boxes of the canned wine which comes in Red, Pinot Grigio, and Rose. It was TRULY the biggest hit of the party and I am PRAYING that I can partner with them again for my trip to the desert with mah gals for Stagecoach!! You can find their wine on their website, certain liquor stores, and a handful of BevMo!s
☆ BOXED WATER -- To say the least, this company is brilliant and helping the planet {shoutout Earth Day} one boxed water at a time. By using boxed water rather than plastic bottles, the company is creating sustainable solutions and truly showing that "Boxed Water is Better." I was very fortunate to partner with this company, and I love supporting great causes and sharing ways to better the world. They were also sweet enough to send me a T-Shirt so that I can further express my support. If you would like to follow in my footsteps, you can purchase this water online in bulk or you can find them at some of your local markets {I've seen them at Bristol Farms, Erewhon, and Gelsons}.
☆ TEA -- I swear nothing quenches my thirst {or goes through me} as much as tea, so my mama went to the market in order to give us a variety from just water and wine.
THE FOOD & TREATS:
☆ GELSONS: I truly should've taken a photo of the food but there honestly was WAYYYYY too much {and if you watch the lil video I put together from the party, you'll be able to see it all}. A couple of days before the party, my mama sent me to Gelsons {a local market} to get a bunch of food from the deli to taste. I think I came home with about nine containers of food BUT I chose five in which we would get again for the party. Pasta salad, cauliflower salad {made by the market's nutritionist}, kale salad, spicy Thai salad, etc. It was soooo yummayyy and my mouth is watering just thinking about it... I think it's time to fix myself some dinner now.
☆ SUSIE CAKES -- My absolute favorite bakery donated some DELICIOUS cookies and cupcakes to be featured and I could not be more appreciative. I was given a range of vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet mini cupcakes and the chocolate chip cookies and I can't even explain how quickly they were eaten {also... I do realize I spelled "Instagram" incorrectly on the lil tagging sign BUT nobody noticed it. Shoutout to my dad who caught my mistake when he was looking at the pictures}. You can locate a Susie Cakes store by clicking HERE {and add them on insta g while you're at it}
I mean... Does this not make you wanna go party right now?! I am literally nostalgic just thinking about it and I would GLADLY throw this again {if I could afford to do it often}.
