What Happens in Vegas

What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas… It ends up all over my Snapchat or Instagram story, but hey, I’m just trying to prove to my parents that I make good decisions {hehe}.

Well, all I can say after four full days in Vegas is that I don't know the next time I will be going back. Not just because of the traumatic experience we went through {described in the previous post}, but honestly I just think that whole scene is overrated. Although, I do recommend it as a once in a lifetime experience and I am extremely happy that I had the opportunity to go, and go with one of my best friends… That being said, THANK YOU MAMA AND DADDY for one heck of a weekender!!

Our flight Friday morning was at the crack of dawn, so thank goodness Starbucks was open because I don't know what we would have done otherwise. Also, I would like to point out that early mornings did NOT stop us from having fun. Once we landed, we checked into the Monte Carlo, we was SOOOOO crowded, upgraded cause no rooms were ready {sorry Visa}, and then we treated ourselves to bottomless mimosas at the Hard Rock Cafe right across the street.

Following our breakfast and bottomless mimosas we got in contact with a promoter who got us into the pool party. It was kinda empty when we first got there, but once again, we made our way around and ended up meeting up with a group of guys who we hung out with a couple of times throughout the weekend. Following the pool party, we went home, napped, grabbed a bite to eat, and then hit the strip for a fun night out.

All I will say is that is how the rest of our weekend went {for the most part}; except for our last night due to the shooting…

We went to about three or four pool parties throughout the four days there, went to a variety of clubs where we managed to get lucky with some bottle service, met some fun groups of guys, saw Marshmello perform, and made the most of our time in Las Vegas.

I can tell y'all that we did absolutely no gambling and the only money that was lost that weekend was what we spent on food {so there’s a plus}. But I can also tell you that after the entirety of the Las Vegas experience, I am in absolutely no rush to go back.

Thank you again to my parents for letting me celebrate my 22nd birthday in Vegas and continuously loving me!! Miss y’all and can’t wait to come home for Christmas!!

Next stop… AUSTIN CITY LIMITS.

xoxo v
